About us

Its all about passion and committment at work and in the community. We have set state and national records in the running of events in the areas of education (conferences and seminars), competition and fund raising. When it comes to our service to you, we have set up successful companies and trained leaders in a number of fields.

What we do is logical and it works

  • Understand what you are trying to achieve (business, activity or event)
  • Be able to distill it into a key statement
  • Have a clearly defined objective outcome
  • Clearly identify the hazards
  • Have clear procedures that require minimal skill and training and achieve your objectives
    • The procedures thenselves must be straight forward roles and responsibilities that
    • manage the identified hazards (most people just document them) and
    • do not rely on expert or "super" performance
  • Train your team (this step is absolutely critical)
  • If any incident does occur, learn from it
